Prosecutor dropping drug case against Olympian skier Bode Miller

Prosecutor Lindsey Blake dismissed misdemeanor drug charges against Olympian skier Bode Miller despite initial probable cause for his arrest on June 6 in Fremont County, Idaho. Miller claimed he was unaware of drugs his companion possessed, and Blake cited new information related to another active case as the reason for dismissal. Another individual was also charged with the same offenses.
