Twenty-one people were arrested during 'Operation Nite Shade' in Charlotte's Sugar Creek area from June 15 to 21. The operation focused on removing criminals, drugs, and guns, resulting in 48 traffic stops, 7 citations, over 250 grams of marijuana seized, and 5 illegal firearms recovered. A police spokesperson highlighted efforts to make the area safer.
