Voicemails from process server and others threatening legal action

A person is receiving multiple voicemails from entities claiming to be process servers (DDM Group and CRS Processing) threatening legal action, including civil appearances and document deliveries. They suspect the calls are a scam but are concerned due to their enrollment in a debt relief program, which could theoretically expose them to creditor lawsuits.
