Registered sex offender pleads guilty to sexual assault of 3-year-old in Welland, Ont., other charges
Daniel Senecal, a registered sex offender, was arrested in Welland, Ont., after a medical assistance call involving a child and later pleaded guilty in St. Catharines court to multiple charges, including sexual assault of a 3-year-old. The 26-year-old admitted guilt to the charges this week.
