Over 100 deceased dogs, many shot to death, were discovered at Miranda’s Rescue, a 'no-kill' sanctuary in Fortuna, Calif., by investigators. The sanctuary accepted hundreds of dogs annually in exchange for hundreds of thousands of dollars.
