Teen accused of killing two girls in alleged hit-and-run will be tried as adult after identity revealed

An 18-year-old New Jersey teen, Vincent Battiloro, will be tried as an adult for allegedly killing two 17-year-old girls in a hit-and-run crash. Prosecutors waived his case to adult court, charging him with first-degree murder after striking the victims while they rode an electric bike in Cranford.
