Repsol, Ecopetrol and 17 other oil firms cleared for Brazil's next pre-salt auction

Nineteen oil companies, including Spain's Repsol and Colombia's Ecopetrol, have been approved to bid in Brazil's upcoming pre-salt hydrocarbon license auction. The National Agency for Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP) announced the list of qualified firms in the Official Gazette.
