ED plea in Kerala HC seeks cancellation of bail for accused in attack on its officials
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has approached the Kerala High Court to revoke the bail granted to Harish Kumar, the ninth suspect in an attack on ED officials during a raid on former Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan’s residence in May. The Sessions Court had given bail to Kumar on June 24.
