US says it struck targets in Iran over ‘continued aggression’ against shipping

The US struck multiple targets in Iran in response to Iranian aggression against commercial shipping, following retaliatory attacks after a drone strike on a cargo ship in the Strait of Hormuz. US Central Command targeted military surveillance infrastructure, communication systems, air defense sites, drone storage facilities, and minelayer capabilities.
