IMD says wait for monsoon may be over in 5-6 days even as Delhi, Uttar Pradesh reel under heat
The India Meteorological Department (IMD) reported favorable conditions for the southwest monsoon to advance into parts of the North Arabian Sea, Uttar Pradesh, and Uttarakhand within the next 2-3 days. Delhi and Uttar Pradesh are currently experiencing heatwaves, but the IMD suggests the monsoon delay may end in 5-6 days.
