Iran canceled participation in technical talks due to recent attacks and unfulfilled conditions of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the United States. A member of Iran’s Office of Preservation and Publication of the Works of its Supreme Leader cited lack of access to unfrozen funds as an example of unmet conditions.
