VIDEO: ICE officers detain Guatemalan man in Norfolk after vehicle pursuit

ICE officers in Norfolk detained a Guatemalan man after a vehicle pursuit that resulted in a crash involving two vehicles. The man was later accepted for voluntary departure back to Guatemala.
