Israeli attacks have killed over 4,247 people and injured 12,195 in Lebanon since 2 March, according to Lebanon's Ministry of Public Health. A trilateral deal involving Lebanon, Israel, and the United States was agreed upon in Washington, but Hezbollah accused Israel of violating the ceasefire with attacks in southern Lebanon.
