Metro Transit Blue Line to close Monday for maintenance upgrades

Metro Transit will close the Blue Line starting Monday for a $175 million maintenance project, affecting riders until Aug. 19. Buses will replace light rail along the corridor during the closure, and the Green Line will undergo partial maintenance starting July 1.
