Thai airline employee arrested in Australia on suspicion of importing heroin

A 26-year-old Thai airline employee was arrested in Melbourne, Australia, for allegedly importing over 1 kilogram of heroin concealed in 12 tote bags. She faces charges carrying a maximum 25-year prison sentence and will appear in court in September. Thai Airways confirmed an employee was detained and stated it will cooperate with authorities.
