Water Costs Go Up in Pasadena on July 1
Pasadena Water and Power customers will face a 9% increase in water costs starting July 1, 2024, as part of a five-year rate plan approved by the City Council. The adjustment is the third in a series of annual July 1 increases scheduled from 2024 through 2028.
