2 dead in overnight crash on South Side

A crash in the Grand Boulevard neighborhood overnight left a man and a woman dead, according to officials. The incident occurred at 12:30 a.m. in the 4700 block of South State Street, and the names of the 22-year-old woman and 25-year-old man have not been released. The Major Accident Investigation Unit is investigating the wreck.
