AJK Supreme Court suspends high court order granting interim relief to PTI until July 2
The Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Supreme Court suspended an AJK High Court order granting interim relief to the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) until July 2. The High Court had directed the Election Commission to provisionally register PTI, but the Supreme Court halted this order pending further proceedings. The Election Commission had rejected PTI's registration application in May, citing non-fulfillment of financial requirements.
