A strong aftershock struck Venezuela's Caribbean coast near Caraballeda, following last week’s devastating earthquakes, as rescue workers and civilians search for survivors in collapsed buildings. The 7:01 a.m. local time tremor occurred 27 kilometers north of Caraballeda.
