Ipsen is buying U.S. blood cancer startup Kartos for up to $1.75 billion
Ipsen, a French drugmaker, is acquiring U.S. blood cancer startup Kartos for up to $1.75 billion, with a $450 million upfront payment. Kartos is developing a late-stage drug for myelofibrosis.
