Suspected murderer drops dead of heart attack while dumping body of woman he strangled: cops

A Georgia man is believed to have died of a heart attack while attempting to dispose of the body of a mother-of-three he allegedly murdered in Alabama. The incident occurred in a remote stand of woods.
