5 die in Germany shooting at welfare centre, 2 people arrested

Five people were killed in a shooting at a youth welfare facility in Stade, northern Germany, with two arrests made, including the suspected shooter. The facility, located on Dankersstrasse, provides temporary accommodation for pregnant women and young mothers with children. Public danger was not reported.
