South Florida animal rescue group steps in to aid abused German shepherd
A South Florida animal rescue group, Healy Pack Senior German Shepherd Dog Rescue Sanctuary, has taken in Nico, a German shepherd with cancer, after his owner Humberto Exposito was arrested for animal abuse. Exposito was charged with cruelty after allegedly throwing Nico from a truck and leaving him without food, water, or shelter.
