Penn Station stabbing spree suspect indicted after leaving seven injured, including one with traumatic brain injury, in brazen attack

Hector Deleon, 51, was indicted on 18 counts following a June 7 stabbing spree at Penn Station, where he allegedly injured seven people, including one with a traumatic brain injury. Deleon was arrested by Amtrak Police after the attack, during which he used a knife to assault multiple victims in a drug-fueled rampage.
