HRF challenges Lithuania's refusal to probe Israeli soldier's 'war crimes'
The Hind Rajab Foundation (HRF) has filed a constitutional complaint with Lithuania’s Constitutional Court, challenging the country’s refusal to investigate Israeli soldier Sean Gor for alleged war crimes in Gaza. The complaint alleges Gor participated in attacks on UNRWA headquarters and the Al-Shifa medical complex in 2024, and criticizes Lithuania’s refusal to open a pre-trial investigation as granting impunity to international crime perpetrators.
