Fireworks shows canceled due to fire risk

Multiple planned fireworks shows for the Fourth of July in Southern Colorado have been canceled due to fire risks from fast-moving fires. The July 4th fireworks show at Skyline Drive in Cañon City was specifically canceled under fire restrictions imposed by the Cañon City Area Fire Protection District.
