BSO: Suspect dead after exchange of gunfire with deputies, Plantation officer

A suspect was killed after exchanging gunfire with six Broward sheriff’s deputies and a Plantation police officer. The suspect, who was armed and wanted for fleeing and eluding, was observed at a Wawa gas station before the confrontation. The Florida Department of Law Enforcement will investigate the incident.
