Ukrainian oligarch reportedly injured in Monaco blast
A Ukrainian oligarch, Vadym Yermolaiev, was injured in a blast in Monaco. He was sanctioned by Ukraine for allegedly doing business in Russian-occupied Crimea. Two other people, including a 13-year-old, were also injured.
