Key panel advances Johnson’s plan to merge SAVE America Act with NDAA
The House Rules Committee advanced the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), a must-pass defense bill, and merged the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) America Act with it. The committee approved the rule along party lines by a vote of 8-4.
