Sent ₱10k after seller showed convincing LBC receipt — now they stopped replying

An accountancy student sent ₱10,000 after a seller presented a convincing LBC receipt and tracking link for an iPad purchase. The seller stopped replying afterward, and the tracking link was later suspected to be non-official. The student is verifying with LBC and reporting to cybercrime authorities.
