Driver in high-speed Hollywood hit-and-run that injured officer charged with felonies after Chicago arrest

Artiom Echiusciu, a 20-year-old man, was charged with felonies after allegedly driving over 100 mph in a BMW, crashing into a Hollywood Police cruiser, and fleeing the scene, which injured an officer.
