7 children feared dead in Lahore tuition centre roof collapse: rescue service

Seven children were feared dead and several others injured when the roof of a tuition centre collapsed in Lahore’s Kahna area. Rescue operations were ongoing as teams worked to recover trapped children, with fears the death toll could exceed 10. Preliminary reports indicated the roof, constructed with TR girders, collapsed suddenly during an active session with 30-35 children present.
