Man accused of using fraudulent credit cards to stock up on fireworks in Hialeah ahead of Fourth of July
A 20-year-old man was arrested in Hialeah after using fraudulent credit cards to purchase $2,277.60 worth of fireworks from Samurai Fireworks ahead of the Fourth of July. The suspect, Santiago Alejandro Prieto-Mendoza, was taken into custody following a second attempt to retrieve merchandise flagged by his payment processor, and he is being held on a $2,500 bond.
