In latest attempt to charge March 11 ICE protesters, state police identify man accused of smashing police van window
Vermont State Police cited Colin Wesley Palmer, 24, for smashing a police van window and injuring a trooper during a March 11 immigration raid protest. Palmer's attorney called the charges an 'overcharge' and disputed the use of pepper spray against him. State's Attorney Sarah George declined to comment, following her prior decision not to prosecute six other protesters cited for similar offenses.
