Neighborhood Group Sues to Block Cheekwood Parking Pavilion Construction

A West Nashville neighborhood group has sued in Davidson County Chancery Court to block Cheekwood Estate and Gardens' new parking pavilion, alleging it will exceed permissible traffic volumes and violate zoning laws. Plaintiffs argue Cheekwood's operations have illegally bent R20 zoning rules for decades and seek a stop-work order until compliance is achieved.
