Sky sign Chloe Bibby to devleopment contract

The Chicago Sky signed forward Chloe Bibby to a development contract after promoting Aicha Coulibaly to a full contract. Bibby, a 6-2 forward who shot 39.1% from three in nine games with the Fever last season, will provide depth at the four spot and is available for the Sky's next game against the Aces.
