BSO: 1 injured, 1 detained following shooting outside North Lauderdale Walmart

A shooting occurred Tuesday afternoon in the parking lot of a Walmart in North Lauderdale, resulting in one person being shot with life-threatening injuries and another being detained. Broward Sheriff’s Office and North Lauderdale Fire Rescue responded to the scene, and detectives from BSO’s Violent Crimes Unit are investigating the incident.
