Chicago’s top cop names new No. 2, promoting detectives’ chief Antoinette Ursitti
Chicago Police Supt. Larry Snelling promoted Antoinette Ursitti to first deputy superintendent, replacing Yolanda Talley, who resigned after seven months in the role. Ursitti, a 25-year department veteran, will oversee daily operations, while Kevin Bruno and Ricky Rivera were also promoted within the department.
