Why Triad Electric & Controls is leasing a 254,000-square-foot Geismar facility

Triad Electric & Controls, a subsidiary of The Newtron Group, has leased a 254,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Geismar to expand prefabrication capabilities and accommodate over 100 employees. The facility, near Triad’s Airline Highway office, will produce electrical assemblies to improve project efficiency and safety.
