Man out on bond in 2020 Charlotte murder arrested in Georgia after weekend shooting, police say

Marques Fleming, who was out on bond for a 2020 Charlotte murder, was arrested in Georgia after a separate shooting in Charlotte on June 28. Fleming, accused of killing Ricardo Perez in 2020, was extradited to North Carolina following his arrest in Loganville, Georgia.
