Iran says final talks depend on implementation of US-Iran MoU clauses
Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf stated that Tehran will not begin final negotiations with the US before key clauses of their memorandum of understanding (MoU) are implemented. The clauses include ceasing hostilities in Lebanon, removing the US naval blockade in the Strait of Hormuz, ensuring safe passage for commercial vessels for 60 days, providing export waivers for Iranian oil products, and releasing frozen Iranian funds.
