Hong Kong marks July 1 anniversary with flag-raising ceremony, citywide deals

Hong Kong is celebrating the 29th anniversary of its return to Chinese sovereignty with a flag-raising ceremony and citywide promotions. Chief Executive John Lee Ka-chiu and other officials are participating in the event at Golden Bauhinia Square.
