Foreign medical graduates allowed to take up CRMI in 36 non-teaching hospitals in Tamil Nadu

Foreign medical graduates in Tamil Nadu are now permitted to undertake the Compulsory Rotatory Medical Internship (CRMI) in 36 non-teaching hospitals. This decision addresses a long-standing demand from hundreds of FMGs who cleared the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination but were awaiting mandatory CRMI opportunities.
