Woman accused of shooting victim multiple times in Miami Gardens turns herself in

Milagros Delacaridad Navarro, 35, was arrested in Miami Gardens after turning herself in following a four-month investigation into a February shooting that seriously injured a woman. Surveillance video and witness accounts identified Navarro as the suspect who fired multiple shots at a vehicle, leading to charges of aggravated battery and assault with a deadly weapon.
