City of Manitou Springs announces 'soft opening' of Hiawatha Parking Lot

The City of Manitou Springs has announced a 'soft opening' of the Hiawatha Parking Lot on July 2, allowing access to the east portion with 83 parking spots while crews complete remaining work. The full opening is expected later this month, with additional parking available on the north side of El Paso Boulevard. Visitors are urged to follow signs and be mindful of ongoing construction.
