LIVE: 2 protesters climb to the top of Empire State Building, appear to get engaged

Two protesters climbed to the top of the Empire State Building, raised a black flag with a peace quote, and appeared to get engaged before being taken into police custody. The couple, wearing all black clothing and masks, were on the building for about 30 minutes. Aerial footage captured their actions, including a kneeling gesture and a kiss.
