Iran says talks in Qatar have concluded

Iran announced that talks with Qatari and Pakistani officials in Doha on implementing a US-Iran memorandum of understanding have concluded. Participants agreed to establish a communication channel for reporting violations and to use part of $6 billion in frozen funds to purchase goods based on Iran's needs.
