Children found in 'deplorable' Ohio home were part of same family

Sixteen children from the same family were found in a dilapidated Ohio home with severe neglect, including human waste and confinement to a small room. Four adults face felony child endangerment charges after authorities discovered the children during an unrelated investigation in Hamden, a rural village in one of Ohio's poorest counties.
