Skin of 100-year-old memory care resident torn from 'elbow down to nearly the wrist'; employee arrested

A 100-year-old memory care resident suffered severe skin tearing from their elbow to nearly the wrist. A woman employed at an assisted living facility was arrested in June for seriously injuring two elderly residents during her first 30 days on the job.
