Shapiro Management Group and others, alleging pregnancy and race discrimination, retaliation, and illegal eavesdropping after a management change at Waynewood Apartments. The lawsuit includes claims of hostile work environment, ignored medical restrictions, and violations of federal and state laws such as the Wiretap Act and PUMP Act.
